Discovering potential through Arts Creativity Inc is to introduce the community especially the children and youth to the incomparable magic of the visual and the performing arts with a commitment to develop in each a keen sense of citizenship alongside their artistic achievements. Through various programs DPAC seeks *to enrich the cultural life of our communities *offer dynamic educational and outreach programs to area youth and to foster collaborations with other local artists and groups *provide arts opportunities regardless of ability to pay for instruction and or regardless of performance ability.
