Path Check Inc continued to evolve in 2024 through a partnership with Zumbro Valley Medical Society funded by a Mayo Clinic Community Grant to develop an open source application called OPAL that will provide housing and healthcare coordination for people experiencing homelessness in Rochester, MN.
