Resilience Force California

Specializes in supplying trained, efficient labor to clients across disaster recovery and resilience sectors. Rfca aligns workforce development with high-impact climate solutions, centering equity and economic opportunity for underrepresented workers while meeting the demands of a growing climate resilience industry.

Help to support the thousands of workers who rebuild ourcommunities after climate disasters. This includes regular check-ins, training workers on their rights and occupational safety and health administration (osha) and other regulations, and supporting them when they face challenges.

These programs are interwoven with the workforce development portfolio. Through funding from private philanthropy and the department of labor, pilot projects in california, florida, and louisiana have been developed to recruit, organize, and train the resilience workforce and create a high road industry.
