Faculty Mentors serve as Study with Me Faculty and guide students in an Oxford-Style mentorship using an andragogy of Read | Reflect | Write. Northwind uses Competency-Based Theological Education to customize wach students learning experiences. Faculty are compensated using a Revenue Share model.

NTS offers degrees under a religious exemption from the Florida Department of Education's Commission on Independent Education. NTS also has a contextualization partnership that provides a pathway for current and future NTS students to seek admission to Kairos University to pursue an accredited degree while staying connected to NTS.

NTS Operations provides the operational foundation for our programs. We consider this a program expense due to the unique nature of our dynamic budgeting process. Part of our operations include being approved to process Student Loans through America's Christian Credit Union.
