The msa concealed carry permit program provides equipment, supplies, and services such as computer equipment, laptops, and printers to each sheriff's office across the state for issuance of concealed weapons carrying permits.

Provides technical assistance to all Missouri sheriffs by way of 24/7 access to the executive director for technical questions, operational and procedural recommendations, and issues impacting the Office of Sheriff.
