We ran training sessions for the Bluebonnet Fellows in the forms of onboarding sessions for new fellows and ad hoc training sessions throughout the fellowship which typically lasts 3-4 months. We established a mentor program for former fellows to be mentors/help resources to new fellows. In 2020, we trained 585 new Volunteers.
