Overdose to action fatality review team collaborates with community partners to identify missed opportunities for intervention, enhance local responses to overdoses, and ultimately reduce future fatalities.
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is an evidence-based, 8-week, peer-led tool that helps individuals create a structured plan for maintaining wellness, identifying early warning signs of relapse or distress, and outlining specific actions and supports to use during challenging times.
