Managed and paid all operating costs of a Golf Driving Range owned by the Village of Estero. The Village received all revenue. After deducting overhead expenses and $1,000, they distributed back the surplus to cover the Foundation's operating costs, overhead, and eventual Grants, other beneficial Community Projects and Charitable needs.

The Foundation under a letter of understanding with the Village of of Estero May 13, 2023 to oversee amd secure five (5) acres adjacent to the Estero River. Reclamation of a landmark resoratioon of a building was investigated incurring some limited costs. The building was eventually demolished in February 2024.
