Kisa project is a two-year leadership course led locally in tanzania by glami. The program prepares girls in their last two years of secondary school to attend university and create positive social change in their communities. In 2020, 100% of kisa scholars passed the exam required to continue to tertiary education.

Binti shupavu is a four-year life skills course led locally in tanzania by glami for lower secondary school girls covering topics such as study skills, personal leadership, health, and self-confidence.

In addition to kisa project and binti shupavu, africaid supports a number of smaller programs that provide educational opportunities for students in tanzania. Africaid provides scholarships for students in secondary school and university and funds a school lunch program for a primary school in a rural maasai community.
