The peer health assistance program provides assessment, referral to treatment, and case management for nurses, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, and mental health professionals with substance use and mental health disorders. Clients with rehabilitation contracts are monitored for compliance and safety to practice.

Signal behavioral health network funded implementation of screening, brief intervention, referral to treatment in rural healthcare clinics in larimer county, northeast and southeast colorado. The program also funded a public awareness campaign focused on reducing the stigma of seeking assistance for substance use related issues.
