Creating housing coalition (CHC) completed the construction of the hub city village (HCV), our first affordable tiny house development project in late 2024. It consists of 27 tiny house dwellings of approximately 200-300 square feet housing over 40 low income residents of all ages.

Coat is a collaborative initiative whose focus is on providing assistance to community members in linn and benton counties and the I-5 santiam rest area in marion county who are experiencing homelessness or who are housing-unstable.
