Equine Assisted Activities

An equine specialist in mental health and learning (esmhl) integrates horse-human interaction through therapeutic horsemanship (TH), and equine-assisted counseling (eac). At ohana, our animals are our partners in healing, learning, and connection. With close to 40 animals offering joy and comfort to the people we serve.

Stable Blooms & Aloha Artworks

Children facing grief, mental, or physical difficulties, process their experience through hands-on art in a playful, nurturing environment. The ohana stable blooms horticulture programs use plants and gardening as the basis for improving mental and physical health.

Counseling

We have found many who have been traumatized and have lost confidence in people are able to build trust and love through animals and find healing in nature, instead of a traditional office setting.
