The Haitian Ladies Network empowers women of Haitian descent to lead, influence, and create change. With a global reach of over 100,000 individuals, Founded 19 years ago as a small networking brunch in Washington, DC, HLN has evolved into a thriving, year-round platform for connection, empowerment, and cultural celebration. Our year-round programming focuses on five key thematic pillars: Bridging Haiti & Its Diaspora - Strengthening connections between Haitians at home and around the globe. Culture & Heritage - Honoring and preserving Haitian traditions, history, and storytelling. Wellness & Healing - Creating space to nurture mind, body, and spirit. Financial Well-Being - Building pathways to wealth, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment. Voice & Influence - Elevating Haitian women's leadership and civic engagement.
