Equipped and helped activate 28 church fams supporting 80 families with wraparound support through care communities. Families were strengthened with volunteers ready to support the family for one year. Families receive weekly meals, encouragement calls, a night off, and prayer by their team of 6-10 volunteers.

Walked alongside 302 foster and adoptive families representing a 300% growth in connected families in one year. Provided physical and emotional support and encouragement in a very difficult year of covid when limited supports were available to families loving kids from hard places.

Created connection for 1155 volunteers with ways to serve and support families. Not all can foster, but all can care. Through their churches, these volunteers were able to find ways to tangibly care for those most vulnerable in our local community.
