Subject to the restrictions of the Internal Revenue Code the principal purpose of the Corporation shall be to fund scientific research for the general benefit of all humankind including -- without limitation -- reversal of degenerative aging extending the healthy human lifespan furthering enhancements in tissue and organ transplantation regenerative medicine genetic engineering and cryopreservation of biological tissue for the purpose of future reanimation.
