The RCV education program works to improve the chances of RCV adoption by providing expert testimony, analysis, and legal review for at least jurisdictions interested in adopting RCV. Because the organization is comprised of former election administrators with RCV experience, we have provided a unique perspective to policymakers.

The RCV universal tabulator (rctab) program seeks to expand rctab testing, development, and adoption. The expansion includes improving file conversion and ease of use with further development of aggregation and tabulation of results when state or jurisdictions uses multiple voting systems.
