The 2018 Wide Open Walls mural festival was held Aug. 9 19. Over 30 artists local, national and international were a part of the Sacramento festival. The festival celebrates the diversity of street art, with the transformation of walls and neighborhoods throughout the downtown area and the Sacramento region.
