Radical hope is committed to improving the lives and futures of young adults by strengthening connections and building resilience. We identify, develop, fund and scale evidence-based programs that increase resilience in young people. These programs all advance our mission pillars: connectivity, engagement, empowerment, emotional regulation and sustainability.over the last five years, we have partnered with over 85 colleges, universities and community organizations to deliver our signature initiative, radical health. The program teaches timeless and essential life skills around communication, decision making, stress management, priority setting and emotional intelligence.through corporate, individual and foundation grants, we are able to fully fund delivery of our program for every partner.

Radical Health

The signature skill-based wellness program continued to experience explosive growth in 2025, with growing demand for evidence-based, proven programs that improve the mental, physical and emotional health of young adults.

In 2024, we formed a new partnership with major league baseball to reach young adults in the minor league markets. Through activation events at local minor league ballparks we ran radical health workshops and introduced tools and resources to the community.

We provide robust annual financial support for scientific expertise to identify, inform and assess all program WORK.AS we have grown and deepened our impact, we have achieved dramatic economies of scale in our cost-per-school model.
