Wraparound Service Program. Sparrow Freedom Project's Wraparound Support Services Program connects trafficked and exploited individuals to supportive services and resources in a trauma informed care environment. Our trained advocates ensure that every individual's safety and immediate needs are met and provide referrals if needed.
