Pathways and Ecosystems

The Organization builds racial equity in workforce pathways and convenes ecosystems stakeholders in the energy and computer science sector. CLX does this by creating cross-sector partnerships across Chicago Public Schools (K-12) and post-secondary in order to expand opportunities for youth of color.

Grantmaking

Through grantmaking, the Organization offers resources to partner organizations committed to exchanging ideas and advancing equity in remaking learning for Chicago's youth. The Organization offers a semi-annual request for proposals (RFP) that is only open to partner organizations.

Professional Learning Community

The organization convenes and supports a dynamic group of out-of-school time educators and youth development professionals with their professional learning needs throughout the year. CLX's Community is comprised of over 350 individuals and 200 youth-serving organizations who collectively support close to 300,0000 youth.
