The purpose for which the corporation is to be formed is to advance the business interests of the Digital therapeutic (dtx) industry by providing a dedicated forum for stakeholders to: 1. Establish industry frameworks and standards; 2. Enhance the delivery and quality of patient care; 3. Assess the value and impact of dtx solutions; 4. Guide, strengthen, and support dtx solution industry integration and utilization; 5. Support the development and implementation of dtx regulatory policies; 6.
