HDLC'S program for infants & toddlers emphasizes health and safety, cleanliness, proper nutrition and stimulation for learning readiness in the future. Babies experience their world through the senses - touching a soft blanket, sucking their fingers, watching a mobile move, mimicking their caregivers voice or listening to music.
