Accomplishments

Developed and piloted workshop for covid stress management for high stress jobs (teachers, first responders, healthcare workers) to be implemented in fall of 2021. Developed and piloted covid stress management course for college students - to be implemented in fall of 2021. Organized three stress management workshops.
