Jeffco prosperity partners served 527 individuals during 2024, with 117 new enrollments of individuals. 100% of families are experiencing poverty upon enrollment. We serve our community using four areas: coaching and navigation, supportive services, social and learning opportunities, and neurofeedback service and trauma recovery.
