The foundation renovates and provides assistance to the alumni hall, community center, and other community facilities. These are avaliable for rent for social functions or benefit the community at large.

The foundation will distribute grants to other nonprofits to help them serve the needs of the community. Grants will be awarded through an application. Organizations will submit a project or need and discuss the reasoning and benefit of the project as well as a budget for the project.
