In fiscal year 2020, SisTers PGH, Corp helped a number of trans and non-binary citizens find emergency food and shelter. The Organization was also the lead organizer for the People's Pride event in Pittsburgh. SisTers PGH's organizational skill was also used to defend trans inmates at Allegheny County Jail against unfair treatment.
