Marketing, Communications and Partnerships

PARITY.ORG has a daily presence on social media to raise awareness and educate the public on the issue of gender and racial parity in business. In addition, we manage programs that engage business partners in efforts to take action to close the parity gaps.

A private dashboard is created for companies to measure and report on their progress toward gender and racial parity. We developed proprietary algorithms to provide unique insights for diversity and inclusion leaders to be more targeted and effective in changing the gender and racial profile in their company.
