ran a 5 week summer program called "bet on baltimore" that served 95 students across 6 program sites. students learned to build products & then launched ventures for the new products created.

during the school year the organization ran a multitude of after-school programs in which students continued their work, learning and ventures from the summer "bet on baltimore" program. the curriculum focused on design thinking, making and entrepreneurship.

during the school year the organization ran a program called "made@dent" in which youth were paid hourly to design and create custom products to be sold to local organizations and individuals. students created custom nameplates, keychains and cards, learning how to build a business and create products at scale, all, while earning.
