The organization provided a combination of cognitive behavior therapy and reality therapy to help people change thinking and understand reasons behind human behavior. Education is a key component of the therapy. The therapy often focuses on mood issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sadness and feelings of isolation.
