Opportunity@work's mission is to increase access to middle-wage jobs for the 70+ million U.S. Workers who lack bachelor's degrees but are skilled through alternative routes (stars). Motivating companies to recognize stars talent and remove four-year degree screens will help achieve economic mobility and racial equity in the workforce.

We used two pilots to test innovative financing mechanisms (in this case, income share agreements), tracking repayment metrics after training to help us and the workforce development field to better understand the scalability of training and sustainability for different FUNDERS/INVESTORS.
