The organization conducts educational programs that teach leadership to young ministry leaders. We provide mentorship in church planting, organizational development and effective preaching and outreach. Mentoring is accomplished through individual consultations, blog posts, seminars, writing and teaching opportunities.

The organization provides opportunities for pastors and others to visit the Holy Land to see the places that uniquely tell the Christian story and remind us of its impact in the world. During 2020 we were unable to travel due to COVID. This program will proceed as soon as possible.
