Currently our only program is to build an 80-UNIT apartment building for adults with and without developmental disabilities. Cost of living in this building is targeted to be 80% or less of current market costs. As of sept 30 2021, pre-construction activities are 98% complete and groundbreaking is anticipated before the end of the year.
