Since 2013, TransformUs Movement has been building bridges to make healthy, empowering relationships and resources more accessible to underserved communities. To make a lasting impact, a mentorship programs was launched in 2018 to empower young adults to discover and live out their purpose while investing their gifts and talents into…

The goal of our community events and service projects is to unite people from diverse groups and different walks of life to build healthier relationships and stronger communities. In 2020, we hosted 13 community events and engaged in 3 collaborative projects with community partners.

Since 2018, TransformUs has served over 2,200 young adults. In 2020, we were able to offer emotional and peer support for 62 young adults. We provided mentoring, counseling services, and life skills training for 12 young adults who were enrolled in the program and contributed 240 hours to serving in the local community.
