Elevate Indianapolis builds long-term, life-changing relationships with Indianapolis urban youth through holistic, life-on-life mentoring. Our full-time teacher-mentors walk alongside students from grade school through high school graduation and into their post-secondary and career pursuits, combining state-accredited in-school classes, college and career readiness (Pathways to Purpose), sports and adventure experiences, and family and alumni support. Now in our second decade, we serve 1,500+ students across 11 partner schools, with a 2024-25 graduation rate of 100% and a five-year average of
