Advocacy

Advocacy services provided to victims of domestic and sexual violence are multifaceted and based upon an individual's AND/OR family's needs. Victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking need to know their rights and what services are available to them.

Prevention & Education

The WRC works to prevent interpersonal violence through education, survivor support, and community collaboration. Advocates teach healthy relationship skills, focusing on empowerment, communication, and conflict resolution to help reduce the risk of intimate partner violence.

Crisis Intervention

The women's resource center (WRC) offers the only 24-HOUR crisis line and emergency shelter in beaverhead and madison counties in southwest montana. Our advocates are trained to provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referral support to callers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
