Carroll College is a catholic, diocesan, liberal arts College in the ecumenical tradition of the second vatican council. Carroll College acknowledges the role of preparing its students for a career, and also affirms the role of providing for the expansion of the intellectual, imaginative, and social awareness of its students. Carroll College affirms its commitment to the principle of freedom of inquiry.
