International ExchangeAmerican Arts Incubator Austria American Arts Incubator (AAI) was an initiative of the U.S. Department of States Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) developed in partnership with ZERO1. Through AAI, U.S. artists collaborated with communities abroad during a month-long incubator.
