During FYE 25, the Board decided to move toward dissolution of the entity. We began a planned and orderly reduction of operations, with a plan to cease operations by December 2025. Accordingly, we began transitioning our member organizations to new fiscal sponsors in the latter part of FYE 25.Through the member organizations that…

We also facilitated two impactful group coaching cohorts with the assistance of an outside consultant. One group brought together women leaders in East Africa. The second group brought together nine aspiring leaders from member organizations across Africa and Asia.
