Master Plan

- Advanced the 100-acre Eastern Glades Phase 2 project in preparation for Summer 2020 delivery which includes 40 acres of ecological restoration, 5.5 acre new lake and wetlands, 2.5 miles of new trails and boardwalks, 550 trees planted, 150 native species planted, 3 new picnic pavilions, new restrooms, and improved stormwater management.

Park Programming & Operations

- Grew staff to over 50 full-time employees and expanded equipment fleet needed to maintain park.- Engaged over 2,300 volunteers through various on-site opportunities.- Increased park usage during COVID-19 required expanded trash services, visitor communications, and increased sanitation.
