Implemented a 2026 strategic plan, which included a digital transformation of association operations, revamp of membership category options, refocus of professional development to serve members at each stage of their career, and support for a skilled trade talent pipeline through outreach to community colleges and trade schools.

Published print and online resources for facility management professionals; hosted small group forums throughout north america that allowed for networking and professional development; and hosted monthly virtual learning experiences led by facility management subject matter experts.
