The protective services program provides child and adult protective services assistance in meeting the financial obligations to protect the well being of the child and elderly. There were 11,386 recipients that were served in the current year.

The transportation program provides coordinated passenger transportation to the general public, accessible tranportation for the elderly and individuals with disabilities and transportation to medical facilities for medicaid recipients.
