Energy and weatherization assistance-provides low income families with help paying utility bills, home weatherization to conserve energy and education to help reduce energy burden. The program weatherized 254 units. Liheap utility assistance provided energy bill payments for low income clients assisting 6,058 households.

Education services-provided through head start program for childcare, education and support services for children ages 0 to 5. The program assists in the total development of the child through health, nutrition, education and parent involvement. Services were provided for 541 prekindergarten age children.

Service delivery through the mobile office unit meant the ability to provide emergency relief services to households affected by natural disasters and routine assistance to households in counties where there is not an outreach…
