Race Project Kc

This program offers experiences to learn the history of racial segregation in the surrounding counties and how it continues to impact us today. In 2023, the advisory board of race project created a framework for the future of the program and how it will resource and reach more high school students.

Collections Support

The johnson county library foundation's mission is to build an endowment to support the library's collection and secure support for life-long learning resources. The foundation gives an annual disbursement from invested funds to the library in support of collection materials.

Black & Veatch Makerspace

The makerspace provides space and resources for library patrons to access equipment for projects including 3d printers, wood cutting, sewing machines, and other machines.
