The ywca corpus christi's fitness program provided quality water and land aerobic classes, cardio and strength training, swimming, yoga, weight training, and tai chi to over 6,125 people of all levels of strength, flexibility and endurance. Focus is primarily for baby boomers and people with health challenges.
