4b. Empower (family support) lilyfield's empower programs are focused on preventing the circumstances that lead families to be involved with the child welfare system. They are dedicated to building healthy families and communities where children can be safe and can thrive.

4a. Counseling our counseling program serves individuals and families impacted by foster care, adoption, and trauma in oklahoma. In 2018, our program expanded to include a second counseling location in south oklahoma city in addition to our location in edmond.

4c. Foster care in 2008, lilyfield was awarded a state contract to license and maintain foster homes for youth in okdhs custody in oklahoma county. Since that time, our foster care program has expanded to serve 67 of oklahoma's 77 counties, with offices in oklahoma city and tulsa.
