The care coordination program uses a client-centered, collaborative approach to address client care, which helps establish the foundation for a healthy and productive partnership. Care Coordinators support the achievement of client goals by providing tailored care and expertise throughout all phases of living with HIV/AIDS.

Tulsa Cares offers a wide variety of food and nutrition services for our clients. Our dietitian and nutrition staff work closely with clients on nutrition education and develop individualized food plans that best fit their unique dietary needs.
