Early Childhood

Provided comprehensive services to 717 low-income children from 0-5 years of age. 34 classrooms and 30 home based children were served in the following counties: mayes, nowata, rogers, wagoner, washington, and eastern tulsa counties.

Senior Nutrition and Outreach

Served 8,379 congregate meals to 472 individuals; served 98,542 homebound meals to 672 individuals for a total of 106,921 meals thru the senior nutrition program. Nutrition education provided to 1,144 clients. 438 clients were assessed for services needed. 39 clients received 420.5 hours of homemaker services.

Housing and Weatherization

Weatherized 15 homes in mayes, nowata, rogers, wagoner, washington, and eastern tulsa counties. Provided down payment and closing costs to 19 families. Provided rent AND/OR utility assistance to 930 families.
