Business Retention and Expansion Services

We assisted aviation exteriors in retaining their workforce and iberia parish location after being bought by a new company. The new owners are in the process of expanding the lines of services they offer in new iberia to include aircraft interior maintenance and rehab.

We developed and distributed information on available properties and commercial buildings located in iberia parish, including those located at the port of iberia, acadiana regional airport, progress point business park and general properties around the parish.

We assisted in and facilitated the development and opening of many businesses that located in iberia parish. Examples include the development of a new outparcel at the "shops in new iberia" shopping center, which includes crust pizza, mattress firm and 2 other new businesses, yet to be determined.
