We provide care and counseling of juveniles in secure detention rehabilitative group home, emergency shelter care serving the needs of abused, neglected and runaways, and follow-up altercare. The target population is male and females aged 11 through 17 who are domiciled in rapides or the surrounding louisiana parishes.
