Primary exempt purpose of echo is to help the people of developing countries in the following ways: A.TO educate and provide vocational training to disadvantaged youths; B.TO provide starving people with food, clothiing, and healthcare; C.TO help disadvantaged people with training and resources so that they become self-reliant.

Achievements

Echo assisted in setting up four skill development centers in dhaka, chittagong, rangpur and jessore to provide technical training in computer skills, electricl wiring, driving, heating ventillation and air-conditioning, sewing, knitting and embroidery.
